12/21/09 Jameson turned 13 in style! Setup in the basement, Jameson and about a dozen friends partied to the latest hip hop hits. We played a few games to kick things off: Super Scavenger, Coke & Pepsi, Human Obstacles. Combination of uplighting and "centerpiece effects"

2/18/09 The good folks at Resurgens Orthopaedics held their annual company party at the 1818 club, atop the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce building. The night started with dinner and light Christmas Music and progressed to an absolute dance party!

12/17/09 Athens Regional Medical Center Holiday Party was a bit different than in years past. ARMC employees now had to pay for their meal - deserts were free. As a result, the cafeteria attendance was much lighter. Luckily, the Cafeteria staff was still up for some serious fun! They sang karaoke and I even taught them how to do the Cupid Shuffle.

The Stedmans hosted a Christmas party for friends, neighbors, colleagues and family. The house was packed and everyone had a great time. It's not everyday you can turn your kitchen into a karaoke and dance floor!

What a great group of teachers! After dinner, I adapted the "wedding-shoe game" for the principal and assistant principal to play. It was hilarious! There was dancing and karaoke. I even dared to sing a little Proud Mary with some teachers!

Whit Davis Harvest Throwdown

Whit Davis Fall Dance (grades 3-5). All proceeds benefit Relay for Life. This is my one "pro-bono" event each year. Osborne DJ Entertainment is a full supporter of the American Cancer Society. It's for a good cause and......- it's a blast!! (Note: no setup picture. I forgot to take one - whoops - I brought the B-52 subs and had two Mackie tops - plenty of sound to rock the gym.)

October weddings are beautiful. They are even more beautiful at the Carl House. Alexis and Chad were married in the back of the house and held their reception in the ballroom area. My pictures do not do the room justice. This was a fun group - the bride's family is Greek - so of course we had a great deal of dancing and excitement! Enjoy the pictures.

Cedar Shoals Homecoming Dance - October 17, 2009

What an awesome dance! Of course, like so many other events this year, it was raining during load-in, there was a funky ramp that kept weaving, which my cart couldn't negotiate. But, once we were set up, gym lights off, and students started walking in, none of that other stuff mattered. 3 solid hours of dancing and fun! These kids were super savvy on all the latest hits, and I was able to deliver. My only regret is my photography abilities, they just don't do this dance justice. Enjoy the pictures~!

Katie & Casey Stokes's wedding and reception took place on a Thursday afternoon. Both of them work the weekend shift at a Hospital, so a typical Saturday wedding would make it impossible for all of their co-workers to attend. This couple is awesome - they are fun loving and laid back. When they found out that their outdoor ceremony would have to be moved inside for rain (a common theme this year), they made light of it by selecting "Singin' in the Rain" as their introduction song. To take it to the next level, the bridal party, and the newlyweds each donned an umbrella as they walked in. Classic! Enjoy the Pictures.
