Cora and Jared held their wedding reception and Cora's family Farm. The Shady Oaks Farm was converted from a working Farm to a beautiful wedding venue. Tables were decorated with fresh peaches and peanuts, and food was served in the barn. Special dances were danced around the pool, and the happy couple left on the back of a tractor. Being an outdoor reception, we did have to contend with the excessive amounts of rain passing through over the past few days. There were short bursts of rain, but luckily there was enough of a reprieve so that guests could enjoy the newlyweds! Enjoy the pictures!

Howard B. Stroud Elementary had it's end-of-the-year Field Day.
In the morning, hundreds of kids played soccer, tug-of-war, raced, and played all sorts of other games. In the afternoon, after lunch, they held a dance for the students. The first 30 minutes were for kindergarten and first graders only. Then the second through fifth graders came in, while the younger kids went into the gym. The older kids had a longer dance and tons of fun!!
These kids really know how to dance! We had a dance contest right at 2:00 in the afternoon, what a great time! Enjoy the pictures below

Athens Regional Medical Center hosts it's annual Staff and Volunteer Luncheon for well over 3,000 people. The event is held in the cafeteria, in the basement, in the hospital. Since there
are so many people coming through, they have two "shifts" to come and eat delicious food! 11-2, then 4:30-6:30. These pictures really highlighted the new facade I just received. I think it really cleans up the presentation and hides all the things nobody really wants to see. Enjoy!
